Guest Participants

  • Guests of À Table will enjoy access to a series of specially curated dining events from May through September, with occasional events offered outside of these months. Each event is meticulously planned to offer a unique theme, menu, and ambiance, ensuring a bespoke experience.
  • The À Table experience is intended for adults. Due to the length of the culinary event, the service style, and out of respect for the other guests, participants must be 18 years of age to participate.
  • Additionally, participants may not bring animals of any kind.

Bookings & Reservations

  • To maintain the exclusivity of À Table, we operate on a reservation-only basis. This policy ensures that guests receive the attention and care they deserve, making every visit a unique and unforgettable experience. 

Location, Setting & Duration

  • Presently, all the Be the Beautiful Life events & À Table dinners are hosted at an exclusive location in Salt Lake City, Utah, divulged at the time of purchase via email.
  • We kindly encourage and remind guests that the events and dining experiences are held outdoors.
  • All events will proceed, rain or shine, hot or cold. While we at Be the Beautiful Life will attempt to provide a comfortable setting weather-related, we recommend that you and your guests dress according to weather conditions relative to the date and time of your reservation.
  • Due to the nature of these bespoke culinary experiences, our guests control the pace of the event. The average dining event time averages three hours. 

No Refunds

  • Due to the customized nature and preparation of curated À Table culinary experiences, refunds and credits are not possible in the event a guest cannot attend.
  • In addition, no guest may be entitled to a refund or additional financial accommodations for their purchase due to poor weather conditions. 
  • If you or one of your guests cannot attend, we permit and encourage you to transfer your seat reservation(s) to another name. Please contact us with any changes at least 24 hours prior to the event.
  • If circumstances arise that we at Be the Beautiful Life must postpone an event, we will honor existing reservations and reschedule participating guests with a future culinary experience at no additional cost.

  • Due to the crafted nature of the experience and the fixed-tasting menus, we utilize a variety of ingredients from all food groups and cannot accommodate any substitutions.
  • However, when you receive the email following your purchase, we encourage you to contact us at Be the Beautiful Life with any dietary or allergy questions or concerns.
